CMS roles and responsibilities

CMS stands for content managing system which allows users to manage their website at other levels and responsibilities. Whether you are fully skilled about technology, software or applications or even you have no experience about management a website for yourself, all problems will be solved by CMS. Of course creation or design website is good or bad, it depends on your ability to operate CMS.

To summarize or describe roles of CMS, it’s not clear to explain detail. Because CMS is main body of a person. If you lack it, you can’t live strongly as effectively.

Firstly, discussion about contributor feature of CMS. We call this function is contributor. Contributors can create, post, update as well edit content, including pictures, words and videos. This is basic functions of a CMS. So it doesn’t require advanced technical skills from users. It means you completely learn and follow instruction from this CMS. About theory, contributors has only the right to manage content on site which they are assigned and responsible. In a site, there are other contributors to create and update content in their allowed condition.

The second roles, CMS seems an editors.as this name, one editors can create, post, update and even approve content on the sites which they are assigned to manage totally. After checked carefully, editors have to review and publish content in some limited.

The last roles, CMS plays an important role as a site administrators Like creation, approved and publish content. In this level, belief and royal are proper to higher functions. According to operation, site administrators are most closely aligned with the traditional role of webmaster. Furthermore, it is ability to manage modules, revise administrative features and manage profiles of contributors, editors for their sites. In brief, site administrators is main role for a basic CMS.
